More Players
"Sixteen sweepers was the cap. Now it's thirty-two."

How do I install More Players?
Download the free ProjectMods desktop app, then install More Players for Moon Sweepers in one click.
</>What does More Players do?
Moon Sweepers fills a crew at 16, and the seventeenth friend to try gets "That crew is full." That cap is the Steam lobby's own size, set when the lobby opens, and nothing else in the game turns a crewmate away. More Players raises it. Switch on Allow Bigger Crews and set Crew Size, from 16 to 32 with 24 to start, you included. A lobby you're already hosting grows within a second, and so does every one you open afterwards. The ESC menu's YOUR CREW page, which only had room for 16, lays the crew out in up to four columns of eight, and the lobby screen before a shift gets the missing rows as well. Switch it off and lobbies you host go back to 16, and the extra rows leave both menus.
</>What is More Players?
A Moon Sweepers crew tops out at 16 players because that is the size the game gives its Steam lobby. More Players lifts it to Crew Size, anywhere up to 32, the moment you switch on Allow Bigger Crews, and widens the game's crew menus to fit everyone who comes. The rest of a shift is left as it was: the Moon, the sky, prices and how your world is saved don't change, whoever turns up.
</>Common questions about More Players
What does More Players do in Moon Sweepers?
It lets more people into the lobby you host and gives the crew lists room for them. Once the lobby has space, the seventeenth player loads into your Moon like anyone else and can sweep, build and earn alongside the rest of the crew.
Do my crewmates need More Players?
No. Only the host's game sets the lobby size, so everyone else joins with the game as it is. A crewmate without the mod sees 16 names on their own lobby screen and crew page, and if they joined seventeenth or later they start on the crater's first spawn spot. While they wait in your lobby, their own Steam status still counts the crew out of 16.
Will 32 players slow my game down?
It asks more of the host. Your game sends the Moon to every player who joins and keeps each one in step for the whole shift, and every player's movement goes to everyone else, so your upload and processing load grow with the crew. If your connection struggles, a smaller Crew Size keeps the lobby lighter.
Why does the compass only show some of my crewmates?
The game's compass has room for 15 teammates and More Players doesn't change that. In a crew of 17 or more it shows the first 15 it finds and leaves the others off, while the YOUR CREW page still lists every one of them.
What happens if I lower Crew Size while the lobby is full?
Everyone stays. Steam only stops new arrivals, so the crew you have keeps playing and the next player gets in once the count drops below the new size. Switching Allow Bigger Crews off works the same way, with 16 as the size, and nobody already aboard is removed.
What options does More Players include?
Allow Bigger Crews
Lobbies you host take more than 16 players, up to Crew Size: a lobby you're hosting grows at once, and so does every one you open. Only the host needs the mod. Off: back to 16 (nobody already in is removed).
Crew Size
How many players your lobby takes, you included. The game's normal crew is 16.
More Players is a ProjectMods mod for Moon Sweepers that raises the crew limit of a lobby you host from 16 to as many as 32 players and makes room for every crewmate in the game's crew lists.
System Requirements
What features does More Players include?
- The bigger limit is Steam's own lobby limit, so the lobby browser shows the real number of places and joining works the usual way.
- Rows added to the crew page are built the way the game builds its own, so clicking a name picks that player to kick or ban.
- While the crew waits in your lobby, your Steam status counts it out of Crew Size instead of 16.
- Players numbered 17 and up who have the mod with Allow Bigger Crews on start on the crater's sixteen spawn spots in turn rather than all on the first one.
- Nothing about crew size goes into your save, so a world opened without the mod plays exactly as before.
Best For
- Your Discord server wants everyone on one Moon tonight. Set Crew Size to 32 and send the invite once.
- Your regular group is 18 people. Crew Size at 20 fits everyone with two places spare for late arrivals.
- A PUBLIC lobby with room for 32 also has room for more strangers. Pair it with Crew Permissions and switch on Stop Crewmates Removing Buildings before you open the doors.
- Viewers keep asking to join while you stream. Raise Crew Size from 24 to 32 mid-shift instead of starting a new lobby.

Flag, Site & Robot Finder
Puts the nearest unraised flags, unsurveyed lunar sites, half-finished sections or stopped robots on your compass, and tells you each one's distance, direction, reward and story on screen.

Dust Color & Contrast
Tints the Moon's dust in one of seven colors or brightens its natural grey, and a high contrast mode darkens the ground you've already cleaned so leftover dust shows up. Purely visual, and only on your screen.

Auto Deposit & Auto Sell
Sends your tool's dust to a depot the moment the container is full, has deposit intakes press their own sell button, and makes a Capsule Catcher sell its load when it fills up instead of leaving J.O.O.N.A.S. waiting.
