Master Builder takes the waiting out of all three. Instant Construction means anything you place is standing by the next day rather than the next season. Instant Region Claims does the same for claiming new land, upgrading regions and rank-up projects. Free Region Claims drops the build point price of claims and upgrades to nothing, so you can expand as fast as you can point at the map. Finish Current Buildings handles the job that is already half done. Press it from anywhere and every scaffold across your whole barony becomes a finished building immediately, with a count of exactly how many went up. It only ever touches your own single-player campaign, and every toggle puts your barony back the way it was when you switch it off — including any bonuses your own story events handed you along the way.

Does turning Master Builder off break my barony?

Before that there are no towns to build in and no regions to claim. Once the barony is founded, the natural way to use Master Builder is a single session at the throne room: turn on the claims switches, take the territory you want, place the buildings you have been putting off, then press Finish Current Buildings and walk out with the map redrawn.
