To keep your Steam account safe, ProjectMods won't let you join a VAC or BattlEye server once your mods are on. To play on one of those servers, close Unturned and start it from Steam. It sets your movement speed to your slider value (1x to 5x) and keeps refilling stamina so you never drop out of a sprint. Toggle off to snap back to normal speed.
